Duties of the Studies and Planning Unit

1.⁠ ⁠Preparing the annual plans of the college (scientific, training, and developmental) and following up their implementation.

2.⁠ ⁠Preparing studies related to infrastructure development and the establishment of new departments or academic programs.

3.⁠ ⁠Analyzing data and indicators related to students, faculty members, infrastructure, and academic programs.

4.⁠ ⁠Following up on the directives issued by the University Presidency regarding planning and development.

5.⁠ ⁠Preparing feasibility studies for proposed academic and administrative projects within the college.

6.⁠ ⁠Preparing periodic follow-up reports and submitting them to the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs.

7.⁠ ⁠Coordinating with units and departments to unify and verify data.

8.⁠ ⁠Supervising the regular updating of planning-related databases.

9.⁠ ⁠Organizing and archiving official correspondence related to planning.
