Tasks of the University Performance Evaluation Unit

1. Collect annual data related to the performance evaluation of faculty, staff, and administrators.
2. Prepare approved performance evaluation forms, distribute them to departments and units, and follow up on their collection.
3. Analyze performance results and extract statistical indicators to enhance efficiency.
4. Submit annual performance reports to the Division and relevant university authorities.
5. Follow up on improvement plans based on performance results and identify strengths and weaknesses.
6. Maintain academic and administrative performance records both electronically and in hard copy.
7. Monitor departmental performance through electronic tracking systems and periodic reports.
8. Analyze institutional KPIs and compare them with previous years or targeted levels.
9. Prepare and update academic and administrative performance manuals per ministry and university requirements.
10. Coordinate with academic departments to implement performance development programs and improve educational quality.
11. Verify the accuracy of data received from departments and units before forwarding to higher authorities.
12. Prepare special reports when requested on performance indicators and achievements.
13. Contribute to the college’s self-assessment within accreditation and quality assurance requirements.
14. Promote a culture of performance evaluation and continuous development among staff.
