Tasks of the Organizational Structures Unit
The Organizational Structures Unit at the College of Computer and Information Technology is responsible for monitoring, organizing, and developing the organizational structures of the College units in accordance with the approved regulations and instructions of the University and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Its main tasks include:
1. Conducting continuous follow-up with the College departments, divisions, and units to update and develop the approved organizational structures.
2. Coordinating with relevant University entities to follow up on new developments, newly established units, and changes related to organizational structures, in compliance with applicable regulations and instructions.
3. Cooperating with the College units to provide, update, and maintain accurate data and information related to the organizational structure.
4. Coordinating with the administrative and financial affairs units in the College regarding any amendments or changes to the approved organizational structure.
5. Preparing and submitting the College organizational structure as part of the University’s overall structure to the competent authorities for approval through official channels
