Tasks of Administrative Follow-up Unit
1. Following up on the implementation of administrative orders and instructions issued by the University Presidency and the College Deanery, and ensuring proper compliance.
2. Monitoring the workflow and administrative transactions across all college formations, and addressing cases of delay or obstruction if any.
3. Preparing periodic and special reports related to the status of administrative performance and submitting them to the relevant authorities.
4. Coordinating with the administrative divisions and units within the college to organize work and ensure smooth administrative procedures.
5. Monitoring staff commitment to official working hours and job discipline in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
