Tasks of the Government Program Unit
The Government Program Unit is responsible for monitoring and implementing the pillars of the government program issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, through tracking and documenting scientific, academic, and administrative activities across the university’s departments. The unit prepares periodic reports, enhances the quality of education and scientific research, and coordinates efforts between the university and the ministry to ensure the achievement of the approved strategic objectives.
Tasks of the Government Program Unit in the College
– Monitoring the implementation of the governmental program pillars across all departments of the college.
– Standardizing templates and coordinating the mechanism for documenting scientific, academic, and administrative activities within the college.
– Preparing periodic reports on the college’s activities.
– Following up on the publication of research, scientific activities, patents, and community service programs within the college.
– Providing a comprehensive and continuously updated database of all departmental achievements.
– Coordinating with the Scientific Affairs Division and relevant units to ensure the implementation of the strategic objectives of the governmental program.
