1. Examining and evaluating the scientific quality of journals and conferences where research was published.
2. Nominating specialized experts and peer reviewers to evaluate scientific productivity.
3. Calculating scientific points (Table 1 and 2) accurately according to current promotion regulations.
4. Reviewing plagiarism reports to ensure adherence to scientific integrity standards.
5. Conducting scientific interviews with promotion applicants (when necessary) to assess competency.
6. Submitting final recommendations for approval or rejection to the College Council.
