1.⁠ ⁠Collecting and analyzing data from academic departments and administrative units within the college.

 2.⁠ ⁠Preparing the comprehensive statistical report for the first and second semesters each academic year.

 3.⁠ ⁠Verifying statistical data and ensuring compliance with approved standards.

 4.⁠ ⁠Submitting periodic statistics (monthly/semester/annual) to the University Presidency.

 5.⁠ ⁠Preparing numerical reports that support planning and decision-making processes.

 6.⁠ ⁠Creating and managing databases related to hall and laboratory capacities.

 7.⁠ ⁠Preparing data related to admissions, success, failure, and graduates for each department.

 8.⁠ ⁠Preparing and analyzing the college’s statistical indicators on a regular basis.

 9.⁠ ⁠Providing requested data to committees, units, and relevant authorities.

10.⁠ ⁠Archiving and continuously updating statistical records.
