1. Workforce Planning
Identifying the university’s staffing needs (academic and administrative) in coordination with colleges and departments.
2. Job Analysis and Job Description
Preparing job descriptions and defining the required qualifications and competencies for each position.
3. Talent Attraction and Recruitment
Announcing vacancies and attracting qualified candidates through official recruitment channels.
4. Screening and Selection
Reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates based on objective criteria.
5. Issuing Appointment Decisions
Submitting recommendations and completing approval procedures for the selected candidate.
6. Employment Processing and Documentation
Preparing contracts, entering employee data into the HR system, and maintaining personnel records.
7. Employee Onboarding
Orienting new employees to university policies, regulations, and job responsibilities.
8. Probation Period Monitoring
Evaluating the performance of new employees during the probation period and recommending confirmation or termination.
9. Compliance with Policies and Regulations
Ensuring adherence to applicable laws, university bylaws, and recruitment procedures.
10. Reporting and Performance Metrics
Preparing periodic reports and measuring recruitment performance indicators.
