Tasks of the Qualification Employment, and Follow-up Unit

1. Developing Students’ Skills (Rehabilitation): Organizing training courses, workshops, and seminars for graduating students to develop their programming, technical, and soft skills to match digital labor market requirements.
2. Coordinating Job and Internship Opportunities: Building partnerships with private sector companies and government institutions to secure summer internships for students and sustainable job opportunities for graduates in IT fields.
3. Managing Graduate Database (Follow-up): Creating and updating a comprehensive electronic database for the graduates of the College of Computer Science and Informatics to track their career paths and professional development.
4. Organizing Career Fairs: Holding annual career expos and employment forums within the college to connect graduates directly with employers, tech firms, and telecommunication companies.
5. Career Counseling and Resume Writing: Providing continuous career guidance to students, assisting them in writing professional resumes (CVs), and training them on how to successfully pass job interviews.
