The Department of Information Technology Launches a Field Awareness Campaign on the Dangers of Drugs
As part of the Iraqi Anti-Drug Week, and within the framework of community responsibility and the commitment to enhancing health awareness among university students, the Department of Information Technology at the College of Computing and Informatics, in cooperation with the Department of Computer Science at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, organized a field awareness campaign inside the college corridors to educate students about the dangers of drugs and their negative effects on individuals and society.
A group of faculty members supervised the campaign, providing awareness guidance to students and emphasizing the role of universities in promoting preventive culture and combating harmful behaviors. The activity also included the distribution of awareness brochures aimed at highlighting the health and social consequences of drug abuse.
