Scientific Visit to the University of Mosul to Strengthen Academic Cooperation

Dr. Nora Hashim Mohammed, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs at the College of Computing and Informatics, Al-Hamdaniya University, along with her accompanying delegation and the Head of the Department of Computer Networks, visited the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Mosul. The visit aimed to enhance scientific and academic cooperation between the two universities.

The delegation was received by Prof. Dr. Doha Bashir Abdullah, Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Mosul. During the meeting, both sides discussed ways of joint cooperation, exchanging academic expertise, and the possibility of providing the College of Computing and Informatics at Al-Hamdaniya University with the curricula used by the Department of Computer Networks at the University of Mosul. This initiative aims to achieve academic integration and unify educational quality standards.

Both parties emphasized their commitment to expanding cooperation in scientific and research fields, exchanging expertise among academic staff, and developing educational programs to enhance academic performance in the fields of computer science and information technology.

This visit is part of a series of meetings aimed at building bridges of cooperation between Iraqi universities and promoting scientific integration in technical and computing disciplines.
