1. Editorial Management
      • Receiving research papers from authors and ensuring compliance with publication guidelines.
       • Verifying originality and detecting plagiarism using specialized software.
       • Screening submissions and forwarding eligible manuscripts to the appropriate reviewers.
2. Coordination with the Editorial Board
       • Scheduling editorial board meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
       • Following up on decisions issued by the Editor-in-Chief.
       • Preparing periodic reports on the progress of the editorial and publication workflow.
3. Peer Review Management
      • Selecting qualified reviewers according to the manuscript’s field of specialization.
      • Sending manuscripts to reviewers and tracking the receipt of evaluation reports.
      • Communicating with authors to ensure required revisions are completed.
4. Production and Publishing
       • Formatting accepted papers according to the journal’s template.
       • Conducting linguistic and technical proofreading prior to publication.
       • Publishing journal issues on the official website and accredited indexing platforms.
       • Maintaining both electronic and printed archives of published issues.
5. Technical and Administrative Support
       • Managing the journal’s online submission system (e.g., OJS).
       • Responding to inquiries from authors and reviewers.
       • Developing and updating the author guidelines and publication policies.
       • Coordinating with national and international indexing services to enhance journal visibility and accreditation.
