As part of its scientific and cultural activities aimed at promoting the values of peace and tolerance, the College of Computer Science and Informatics held a scientific workshop entitled “The Sanctity of Human Life in Religions: A Comprehensive Vision to Promote a Culture of Peace and Tolerance”, under the patronage of the President of Al-Hamdaniya University, Professor Dr. Nashat Mubarak Sliwa, Acting Dean of the College of Computer Science and Informatics.
The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Falah Mahmoud Ahmed, who addressed several key themes, most notably the status of human life in the heavenly religions, the prohibition of violating human life, and the ethical and religious role in rejecting violence and fostering a culture of peaceful coexistence within society.
The workshop was organized by the Diwan Affairs Division in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, as part of the college’s ongoing scientific activities, with the aim of spreading intellectual awareness and strengthening shared human values, particularly within academic circles.
