Under the patronage of the President of Al-Hamdaniya University, Professor Dr. Nashaat Mubarak Sliwa, and acting Dean of the College of Computer Science and Informatics, the Diwan Affairs Division, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Computer Science and Informatics, organized a workshop entitled “Promoting the Values of Tolerance, Dialogue, and Acceptance of Others.” This initiative comes its activities aimed at enhancing community awareness and consolidating humanitarian principles within the academic environment.
The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Falah Mahmoud Ahmed and Assistant Lecturer Mazen Mohammed Ismail. They addressed the importance of establishing a culture of tolerance and constructive dialogue within the university setting, as well as the role of educational institutions in promoting the values of peaceful coexistence and respect for differing opinions, contributing to the building of a cohesive society founded on mutual understanding and respect.
The workshop included several key themes focusing on the concept of tolerance in light of moral and social values, and the impact of positive dialogue in reducing conflicts and strengthening the spirit of cooperation among individuals.
