The Department of Computer Networks at the College of Computing and Informatics organized a scientific workshop entitled “Student Disciplinary Law”, as part of its scientific and awareness-raising activities aimed at enhancing awareness of university regulations and instructions, and at fostering academic and behavioral values among students.
The workshop was held under the patronage of the President of Al-Hamdaniya University, Professor Dr. Nashat Mubarak Sliwa, Acting Dean of the College of Computing and Informatics, underscoring the importance of adhering to the laws and instructions that govern university life.
The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Adeeb Abdulmajid Ahmed, who provided an explanation of the provisions of the Student Disciplinary Law. He clarified students’ rights and duties, the disciplinary penalties resulting from violations, and the role of compliance with the law in creating a safe and disciplined university environment that contributes to academic excellence.
This workshop comes as part of a series of scientific events that the Department of Computer Networks is keen to organize, in support of the educational process and in promotion of a culture of commitment and responsibility among students.
