Objectives of the Division of Postgraduate Studies Affairs
1. Develop comprehensive policies and systems for managing postgraduate affairs that ensure efficiency, transparency, and academic quality.
2. Monitor and support the academic and administrative performance of postgraduate students in coordination with departments and supervisors.
3. Facilitate all postgraduate procedures, including admission, registration, supervision, thesis defense, and graduation, in accordance with university regulations.
4. Promote and organize research activities, workshops, and seminars for postgraduate students, and encourage publication in high-impact scientific journals.
5. Continuously improve the quality of postgraduate programs to meet national and international academic standards.
6. Establish and maintain a comprehensive database for postgraduate students to support data-driven planning and decision-making.
