Duties of the Academic Systems Unit
1. Following up and updating academic plans for departments in accordance with Ministry of Higher Education regulations.
2. Documenting and auditing course descriptions in coordination with academic departments.
3. Preparing a detailed database of academic systems (semester system, credit-hour system, and course requirements).
4. Monitoring the implementation of the academic system adopted by the college.
5. Applying updates issued by scientific departments, the Scientific Committee, and the College Council regarding curricula.
6. Preparing class schedules in coordination with academic departments.
7. Following up ministry directives related to curricula and conveying them to the concerned departments.
8. Preparing periodic reports on adherence to the academic plan and the progress of the educational process.
9. Coordinating with the Quality Assurance Unit to verify and review course specifications.
10. Participating in preparing the college’s annual academic report.
