Duties of the Statistics and Data Unit
1. Collecting and analyzing data from academic departments and administrative units within the college.
2. Preparing the comprehensive statistical report for the first and second semesters each academic year.
3. Verifying statistical data and ensuring compliance with approved standards.
4. Submitting periodic statistics (monthly/semester/annual) to the University Presidency.
5. Preparing numerical reports that support planning and decision-making processes.
6. Creating and managing databases related to hall and laboratory capacities.
7. Preparing data related to admissions, success, failure, and graduates for each department.
8. Preparing and analyzing the college’s statistical indicators on a regular basis.
9. Providing requested data to committees, units, and relevant authorities.
10. Archiving and continuously updating statistical records.
