Tasks of the Administrative Control Unit
1. Monitor compliance with the job description manual for filling positions.
2. Propose internal regulations for internal control outlining the competences and authorities for all administrative levels, to be submitted to senior management for approval.
3. Conduct periodic performance evaluations for department employees and submit recommendations to improve administrative performance.
4. Review action plans and ensure their correct implementation according to delegated authorities.
5. Instruct employees periodically on the importance of internal control and raise their level of understanding of controls.
6. Provide periodic and continuous monitoring consisting of regular administrative and supervisory activities and other procedures taken while employees perform their tasks and duties regarding (segregation of duties, protection of assets, internal audit activities, authorization systems, duties, and authorities).
7. Monitor quality management activities and verify the application of relevant regulations and controls.
