To lead in fostering a culture of quality and academic and institutional excellence within the College of Computers and Informatics, ensuring the highest levels of performance and academic accreditation locally and internationally.

Mission of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division

To enhance the application of comprehensive quality standards in academic, research, and administrative programs through planning, monitoring, and continuous evaluation, in a manner that contributes to improving the college’s outcomes, elevating university performance efficiency, and supporting the achievement of institutional and programmatic academic accreditation.

Objectives of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division

1. Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement among faculty members, students, and staff.
2. Follow up on the implementation of quality assurance standards issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and accreditation bodies.
3. Develop academic programs in line with labor market needs and international standards.
4. Enhance institutional performance efficiency through the application of continuous improvement plans.
5. Strengthen self-assessment processes at the college and its academic and administrative departments.
6. Prepare periodic reports related to university performance and quality indicators.
7. Monitor examinations and course evaluation processes to achieve the highest level of educational quality.
8. Support scientific research related to quality and academic development.
9. Prepare for institutional and programmatic accreditation in accordance with national and international standards.

Tasks of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division

1. Develop and implement strategic quality plans within the college.
2. Collect and analyze data related to academic and administrative performance.
3. Organize workshops and training courses on quality and performance development.
4. Monitor evaluation forms for faculty, students, and courses and analyze their results.
5. Prepare annual studies and reports on the state of quality in the college.
6. Coordinate with academic departments to meet quality and accreditation requirements.
7. Follow up on the college’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
8. Supervise internal audits of educational and administrative processes.
9. Document procedures and activities in accordance with quality standards.
10. Follow up on programmatic and institutional accreditation files and update them regularly.
