Tasks of the Quality Assurance Unit
1. Implement quality requirements within academic departments and administrative units.
2. Follow up on the application of quality standards issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and accreditation bodies.
3. Conduct the annual self-assessment for the department/unit and submit results to the Division.
4. Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and propose improvements.
5. Document quality-related evidence and records and maintain them in approved archives.
6. Prepare periodic reports on quality status within the department and submit them to the Division.
7. Analyze course evaluation forms and student feedback and follow up on results.
8. Support faculty members in preparing program accreditation files.
9. Organize workshops and training sessions on quality within the department.
10. Follow up on improvement plans and address weaknesses to enhance performance.
11. Supervise the quality of examinations regarding procedures, transparency, and compliance with standards.
12. Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Division to implement general quality policies.
