• Identifying and maintaining updated records of students with special needs.
• Assessing academic requirements and recommending appropriate accommodations.
• Coordinating with faculty to implement required support measures.
• Monitoring academic performance and addressing challenges faced by students.
• Overseeing the provision of assistive facilities and equipment.
• Organizing awareness programs and workshops on inclusion and disability.
• Providing counseling and psychosocial support.
• Preparing periodic reports on unit activities and submitting them to management.
