Vision of the Human Resources Division

Leadership and excellence in the management and development of university human resources, through the application of comprehensive quality standards and digital transformation, in order to achieve the efficiency of institutional performance and enhance the position of the Iraqi University in the higher education environment.

Mission of the Human Resources Division

Managing and developing human cadres at the Iraqi University efficiently and transparently, by adopting modern policies and systems in recruitment, development, performance management, and digital archiving, in a way that contributes to achieving the objectives of the university and its educational and research mission and serving the community.

Objectives of the Human Resources Division

1. Implementing a comprehensive human resources management system based on efficiency and fairness at all stages of the career service.
2. Developing the administrative and academic capabilities of employees through continuous training and development programs.
3. Adopting digital transformation in all human resources transactions to reduce administrative routine and accelerate the completion of transactions.
4. Promote a university work environment based on justice, equality, motivation, and institutional affiliation.
5. Prepare updated databases for all staff and teachers to ensure accurate and accessible information.
6. Improving administrative communication between the division and the colleges and centers of the university to ensure the smooth flow of procedures.
7. Actively participate in the implementation of the university’s strategy of attracting competencies and preserving human capital.
8. Updating internal policies and procedures in accordance with the instructions of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
9. Spreading a culture of managerial quality among human resources workers to develop institutional performance.
10. Contribute to achieving the vision of the Iraqi University to be a leading institution in education, research and community service.
