Tasks of the Computer Maintenance Unit

This unit is responsible for direct technical support and ensuring the readiness of the computer infrastructure. Its tasks include:
• Laboratory Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance (preventive and corrective) for all computers in student laboratories.
• Office Support: Providing direct hardware and software technical support to faculty members and staff in their offices.
• Software Installation: Preparing computers with the necessary operating systems and specialized software required for educational and research activities.
• Classroom Preparation: Ensuring the readiness of computer devices and their accessories (such as projectors) in lecture halls.
• Fault Diagnosis: Rapid response for diagnosing and repairing all faults related to computers and their peripherals (such as printers).
