The Council of the College of Computer Science and Informatics at the University of Al-Hamdaniya held its second open session, attended by the Assistant Deans for Scientific and Administrative Affairs and the heads of the academic departments.
During the session, a number of key topics related to organizing the educational process were discussed. The council reviewed the distribution of courses among faculty members and the balance of teaching loads across departments.
The session also addressed the lecture schedules for the current academic semester, approving a set of adjustments to ensure the coherence of the schedule, thereby supporting the smooth flow of the educational process and helping students follow their classes with ease.
The meeting further discussed the work of the scientific committees within the departments, the evaluation of scientific proposals, and the organization of academic activities and events. It also emphasized the importance of submitting periodic reports on the progress of each committee’s work.
At the conclusion of the session, the Assistant Deans stressed the importance of cooperation among academic departments to ensure smooth operations and support the implementation of academic plans.
