The College of Computer Science and Information Technology continues to host the scientific course organized by the Department of Information Technology in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, entitled “Artificial Intelligence and Its Applications in the Academic Field,” under the patronage of the President of the University of Al-Hamdaniya, Professor Dr. Nashat Mubarak Sliwa, Acting Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology.
On the third day of the course, a scientific lecture was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Laith Saadi Salman entitled “Verifying Information and Sources Using Artificial Intelligence.” The lecture addressed the role of intelligent technologies in enhancing the reliability of information and the accuracy of academic sources, and their impact on advancing the academic and research level.
This course comes within the college’s efforts to keep pace with modern technological developments and to develop skills in employing artificial intelligence in a responsible and academically sound manner.
